With Kuma, you can create an audience based on historical data from your shopify store or based predictive data from our AI. Follow the steps below to do so.
From dashboard.
Click on Audiences.
Click on NEW AUDIENCE.
Name your audience. You can also put a description of that audience in "audience behavior".
Attribute the audience to a user.
Click on ADD FILTER.
Select the criteria for your audience. In our example, we want to create an audience of customers that made more than one (1) purchase.
Once everything is completed, click on SAVE AUDIENCE.
